Ilmenite 530D and 630D series is an upgraded model to our 530H and 630H series Thicknessers. These industrial machines are suitable for inductrial applications and feature variable feed speed, electronic braking, digital height control and spiral cutter head with 4 sided cutting knives. The very high work capacity from 5mm to 300mm allows optimum machine use and offers flexibility for wood machining.

- Cast iron table mounted on 4 heavy columns for excellent support and accuracy without any locking required
- Spiral Head Cutter Block (126 Blades (530D) / 150 Blades (630D))
- Variable speed infeed by inverter to suit all types of finishes
- Motor drive table lifting mechanism with micrometric positioning
- Spring-loaded pressure bars and double outfeed roller design prevents vibration of very thin workpieces during thicknessing
- Sectioned Feeding Roller
- Four trapezoidal thread spindles with dual guide rails guarantee accurate adjustment and avoid lateral movement during thicknessing
- Two bottom table rollers
- Electronic motor breaking
- Electronic positioner to enable high precision and help reduce positioning time to increase efficiency
- Sound insulation underside of the lid
- Matting protection on top of the lid to allow material to be pasted over the machine without causing damage to the workpiece
