Safety at Your Fingertips
By keeping your hands away from cutting edges and including a kickback preventer, our AF19&AF19N bandsaw and resaw feeder upholds Co-matic’s reputation for setting and maintaining high standards in woodworking safety while still remaining easy to use.
Made for Resaws and Bandsaws
This special purpose feeder is intended for use with bandsaws or resaws. A spring-loaded cover opens upon introduction of a workpiece, with larger workpieces requiring some manual adjustment.
Keep Workpieces Stable
Our spring suspension design generates friction and pressure on the workpiece while a roller fence provides additional support. The maximum roller-blade clearance is 235mm (9-1/4″).
Quality You Can Depend On
Even Feed Rate
A continuous duty 1/2 horsepower motor provides the feed, ensuring that your feed rate is consistent and reliable. Actual feed rates are subject to blade sharpness, cutter rotational direction, and workpiece characteristics.
Speed settings can easily be adjusted depending on your requirements. With 10 speed settings ranging from 1-15 m/min (3.5 – 50 FPM), the AF19&AF19N provides convenience and consistency for your stock feeding.
Our motors are designed and engineered so that motor damage through regular use is extremely rare. Solidly built and dependable, these motors ensure that the feeder operates as per your requirements.
Simple Wheel Replacements
The rubber, polyurethane, or cast steel rollers that come with the AF19&AF19N can be removed with a minimum of effort. Replacement rollers can be purchased separately, with replacement times dependent on roller material, rate of use, and workpiece material.
A conveniently placed oil plug allows for easy replacement of oil in the oil-bath gear box. Under standard operation, it is recommended that the oil is replaced every 200 days.
